HOW TO CLEANSE AND RECHARGE CRYSTALS?

It is good practice to clear your eye mask every so often to restore the properties of the crystal. Consider cleansing your mask if anybody else uses it to clear their energetic fingerprint. Also, you may want to set, or "program" your mask with a specific intention.

USE SEA SALT. Leave the stone in salt water overnight and add dried sage, basil, or lavender to enhance the bath's cleansing effect.

USE RUNNING WATER. Holding your crystal mask under running water is also a very effective cleaning method. As you do so, ask the Universe to remove all of its negativity. You can imagine a ray of white light around the stone as you do this, cleaning and purifying the crystal.

PLACE YOUR CRYSTALS UNDERNEATH THE MOON. On the next full moon, place the crystal eye mask on your windowsill to soak up some of the lunation's cooling and refreshing energy.
