Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

A proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow standard banking delays for the refund to appear.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We happily replace items that arrive defective or damaged.

Email us at info@wildgrace.ca with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we will take care of everything.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
