Shipping

All orders are usually processed within 3–6 business days unless otherwise specified (pre-orders or limited editions may require additional time). Sales or special promotions may also extend processing times.

We ship from Montreal, Quebec, via Canada Post.
Shipping within Canada generally takes 2–10 business days and includes tracking.

Free shipping is available for all Canadian orders over $120 CAD.

Important update for our U.S. customers:
Due to recent U.S. tariff policy changes resulting in excessive and unpredictable duty fees, we are temporarily pausing all shipments to the United States. This decision allows us to protect our customers from unexpected charges. We hope to resume U.S. shipping as soon as a fair and sustainable solution becomes available.
