We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $120 CAD.

Orders shipping within Canada and the USA are typically processed within 5 business days.

(Processing times may be longer during the holiday season.)

Please note that WILD GRACE does not ship to P.O. Boxes and is not responsible for returned parcels originally addressed to a P.O. Box.

We also ship internationally. Standard Canada Post rates will apply.

United States Orders – Important Customs Notice

All orders shipped to the USA may be subject to import duties, tariffs, or customs fees charged by U.S. Customs. These fees are not applied by WILD GRACE and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

If a parcel is refused due to customs fees and returned to us, a refund will be issued once it arrives safely back at our studio.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped from Montréal, Québec.

Standard shipping does not automatically include tracking.

Shipping to the USA typically takes 5–14 business days.

Orders under $120 USD are shipped without tracking unless a shipping upgrade is selected at checkout.

If tracking is not purchased, we are unable to locate, track, or guarantee delivery timelines once the parcel has entered the postal system.

Customs fees, VAT, and local taxes may be charged by your country upon delivery and must be paid by the customer. These amounts vary and cannot be determined in advance.

WILD GRACE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, international postal issues, or additional import taxes.

Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
