By nature, human beings seek homeostasis (state of equilibrium) which is constantly modified by our way of living and our environment.
The ultimate goal of Ayurveda is to bring the individual back to his/her state of equilibrium, on both the physical and emotional levels.
As an Ayurvedic Health coach I offer pragmatic solutions to regain balance and prevent the evolution of symptoms into diseases.
The tools and advice offered by the practitioner will enable you to become autonomous in your approach towards optimal health.
You will discover that small daily changes have a huge impact on your long-term health and well-being.

Health Review: in-depth series of questions on your health, lifestyle and family history, taking of pulse, tongue and eye observation. Defining your doshas: your constitution and imbalances. This initial consultation will offer you a personalized health-action plan to guide you with your daily choices in moving towards your personal health goals. Each plan is generally outlined for you to adapt over the course of a 4-6 week period, after which is it advised to consult again for adjustments and a new plan-of-action to improve the quality of your life further. The Customized Health plan may include dietary recommendations, supplements, herbs & spices, exercises, stress management, yoga postures, chakra therapy, mantras, letting go techniques, meditation. etc. explanations and demonstrations of recommended routines.
The following consultations are tailored to continue the pursuit adapting the health protocol to meet to your unique health goals of improving your life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
It is recommended to visit an Ayurvedic practitioner at the change of seasons or when you are feeling unbalanced.
